Under her stewardship it has grown into an internationally acclaimed blockbuster, attracting global food and wine superstars without losing focus on local and regional champions.
Natalie’s love of food has been passed on through generations of publicans in her family. She is a recognised influencer due to her enviable experience in collaborating, eating and drinking with Australia's (and the world's) most inspirational chefs and winemakers. MFWF has sponsored and showcased top global and local chefs, including Nigella Lawson, Jamie Oliver, Dan Hunter and Marco Pierre White.
Natalie identifies performance improvement opportunities and engenders positive change. Her corporate, governmental and media networks have led to vast international exposure, elevating Melbourne’s brand position as a vibrant food and wine destination.
At the core of Natalie’s vision is a strategic plan that supports and promotes Victoria’s food and wine industry globally - a vision that was evident this year when she successfully orchestrated the 25th anniversary Festival alongside the Worlds’ 50 Best Restaurant Awards.
