AGM 2025 Final Notice

A reminder that our Annual General Meeting is next week, Tuesday 25 November 2025 at 5.30pm sharp at Coopers Inn, 282 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

Below are links to the meeting documents in preparation for the AGM, noting that both the Chair's and Treasurer's reports will be presented on the evening, with the Chair's report to be distributed following the meeting and added to the website:

Ahead of this year's AGM and following the nomination period for vacant positions on the board, a total of five nominations have been received for six vacant positions, of which three nominations are current board members who have nominated themselves for re-election. We received two further nominations from other eligible members, Chris Arnott and Divya Pasupuleti.

As the total number of nominations for the board does not exceed the number of vacancies, an election will not be required.

Please note, there will be a brief, separate meeting of the newly constituted board at the conclusion of the AGM regarding office bearer positions to be selected at the 9 December board meeting.

To be valid, proxy forms must have been received by email to executiveofficer@melbourneforum.org.au at least 48 hours before the Annual General Meeting, being 5:00pm on Sunday 23 November 2025.

And don't forget that our End-of-Year celebration immediately follows the AGM. Bookings for this catered event close tonight, so be sure to book your place!
