Private viewing of SIGNIFICANT at D'Lan Contemporary

On Wednesday 14 May, Melbourne Forum members were treated to an exclusive viewing of SIGNIFICANT at D'Lan Contemporary, with Director and Founder, D'Lan Davidson. As we enjoyed a selection of savoury fare and fine wine, D’Lan guided us through the exhibition, offering rich insights into the remarkable works on display. He spoke about the vital role of provenance and shared his deep knowledge of the intricacies of the Indigenous art market. It was a true privilege to experience works by celebrated artists including George Jomeri, Albert Namatjira, Uta Uta Tjangala, Tim Leura Tjapaltjarri, John Tjakamarra, and Makinti Napanangka AM.
