AI Exchange
Exploring AI. Sharing experience. Building capability.
Hosted by Dianne Jacobs
Melbourne Forum is launching a new member forum, the AI Exchange. It's a member-led initiative designed to assist us understand how AI is not only reshaping organisations, industries and professions, but also transforming how we look at opportunity, governance and risk.
The AI Exchange will create a trusted peer network and community of practice within Melbourne Forum where members can exchange ideas, successes and challenges, while exploring what AI means for the way we work, lead and live.
Help shape the 2027 series
We are inviting members who are already using AI – our early adopters and informed practitioners – to join an initial online session to design the future programme.
This first meeting will focus on:
- Identifying the most compelling and relevant themes for members;
- Identifying members who can lead conversations, share experiences or chair sessions;
- Considering the mix of formats that will be most valuable; and
- Setting a 2027 calendar that is practical, provocative and intellectually engaging.
What might the AI Exchange include?
The AI Exchange has the potential to bring together a diverse range of experiences and formats, including member case studies, peer learning, experimentation, masterclasses, expert conversations, site visits and informal chat group.
We will draw on the expertise within the Forum to lead discussions. External experts will be invited where deeper specialist perspectives would add value.
