Through our Open Door Series in 2026 we hope to visit a selection of new housing formats.

The East Brunswick Village is a staged urban renewal project, deliberately conceived of as a "village 'with most things residents need within a short walk'".
A variety of social facilities and activities, a supermarket, cinema, Rumi restaurant, cafés, medical centre, gym, etc. are located within the development. Shared communal spaces include a rooftop garden. Onsite staff support residents’ queries and needs. Attention has been paid to distinctive design, including throughout the building interiors.

Sustainability has also been a driver. Under the national NABERS building environmental performance rating system, it is market leading in energy efficiency, water use, waste management and indoor environmental quality.

We will be taken on a private tour by the project developer and members of the management team. The visit will include access to an apartment.
