Pearl is a business executive with 20 years’ experience working and has worked across business and tech.  She’s now at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where she is focused on new product development and innovation. Her day job is all about helping customers figure out what new products or services to build that their customers will love, and then helping them get to build. Prior to AWS, Pearl was a Director at a Big 4 Consulting Firm, where she delivered large business transformation programs across Australian enterprises, usually as a Program Director or Program Manager. Despite the intense world of business and tech, Pearl maintains balance through dance, cycling and building community through food.
