Peter heads up K2 Group working for property developers on large new generation master planned residential developments, and advising Councils and State Government departments, including the Departments of; Transport, Planning and Community Development, Regional Development Victoria and Tourism Victoria, on a range of infrastructure, urban renewal, property development and tourism investment projects.
Peter provides specialist advice on the commercial, political and governance aspects of projects, project planning, development strategy, project feasibility, and government and council relations.
Hosting this event is Chris Gallagher, a professional strategist holding senior management positions in the planning arena, including Deputy Director of Major Projects Victoria and Director of City Strategy at the City of Melbourne, hosts . She has also been a Ministerial Adviser to two State Government Planning Ministers.
